1 HOUR HORSE RIDING (Beginners)
The 1-hour horse tour is suitable for who approaching horseback riding for first time. It isn't a simple ride around the stables, but an excursion where you will learn the basics of horse riding. Following the instructor you will ride along a path surrounded by woods, hills and typically Mediterranean vegetation, enjoying nice panoramic views.
2 HOURS HORSE RIDING, INTO MADONIE PARK (Intermediates) WITH TASTING ON REQUEST*
This excursion is suitable for who had little horse riding experiences. The 2-hour tour goes through the Madonie park, along paths that cross woods with panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Part of the route takes place along vineyards, where a typical Sicilian wine is produced with biodynamic cultivation processes. On request it is possible to combine horse ride with a wine tasting.
*Tasting is not always available, it depends by the season. The duration of the excursion with tasting is 3-hours
HALF DAY HORSE RIDING, THE TERRACE ON THE AEOLIAN ISLANDS (Experts)
The half-day excursion (4/5 hours) requires a good experience on horseback and takes place along a nature trail through lush woods and panoramic views in the Madonie park. The tour reaches an altitude of 800 meters a.s.l. up to the village of Pollina, where we wil stop in the Roman amphitheater to enjoy an enchanting view. The theater is a sort of terrace overlooking the sea, that will open to your eyes the wonderful panorama of the Aeolian Islands. Walking through the streets of the small village it will be possible to visit the Manna museum, discovering testimonies and rests of an ancient tradition.
