A full day trek along springs, lakes, woods and wonderful panoramic views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, Aeolian Islands and mount Etna.
The hike goes through forest with several crossings of high mountain streams. During the hike is not excluded to sight wild animals and some species of birds. The reserve is populated by some of the most beautiful and majestic species of predatory, such as the golden eagle or the beautiful Nebrodi griffin.
The itinerary goes through Maulazzo and Biviere lakes. From the last one and in conditions of good visibility, it is possible sight the Tyrrhenian coast with the island of Vulcano in the distance, which is part of the Aeolian archipelago.
